Typical Basque dish
Ingredients: duck meat 59%, sweetpepper 29%, onion 5%, Bayonne country ham (porc ham, salt, potassium nitrate), white wine, salt, pepper, red Espelette pepper 0,06 %, garlic.
Heat the jar in a bain marie or pour the contents in to a sauce pan and then simmer on a low heat.
Once opened, keep in the fidge and consume with in a few days.
