Ingredients: duck legs, duck fat, salt.
Remove duck legs from the jar, Brown in a frying pan without adding fat, remove the extra fat.
The legs are ready to eat. Serve with a frying pan full of cep mushrooms, sauté potatoes, green beans ou dried beans, green peas…or just with a salad.
Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume with in a few days.
