Drumsticks of duck confit
Packaging: 1350 grams can (4 to 8 portions)
Ingredients: drumsticks of duck confit, duck fat, salt.
Serving suggestions :
Open the jar and slightly heatin a bain-marie. When the fat has melted, drain the drum sticks. You can eat the min many different ways: fried as a side dish on a top of a « Gascony salad », added at the last minute in a cassoulet, as a main course with dried beans or green beans, sauté potatoes…
Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume with in a fewdays.
