300 grams jar - 6 portions of whole goose Foie Gras
Ingredients : goose foie gras, salt, pepper.
Suggestion:2 hours before the meal,open the jar with the help ofa jar key,place the Foie Gras on a plate and gently remove the extra fat with a knife if necessary.
Put it in the fridge, then we advise you to leave it at room temperature for 10 to15 minutes before serving it.
Slice it finely with a thin blade knife. Make sure to moisten the blade with warm water in order to obtain regular and smooth slices.
Traditionally, Foie Gras is eaten as a starter,however, you can enjoy it for every occasions at pre- dinner , main course, etc… just place a half centimeter slice of foie gras on a toasted slice of country bread.
You can also display your slice of foie gras on a dish and simply add fleur de sel, white wine confit, fig confit or onion confit…50 grams are usually allowed per person.
Store the jar at room temperature. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and consume the foie gras with in few days.
